30-Day Lash Love Promise

We want you to love your lashes. If something's wrong with your order, contact us at info@vernaybeauty.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened lash products cannot be returned. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund — no return shipping required.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship.
